So, we have created this guide to lead you through the different types of files in order to easily and correctly use your branding.

File Formats

@ — For Web Use

¶ — For Print Use


@ | .PNG

These files are commonly known for their ability to support a transparent background making them superior to JPG files in that way. These files are great for web usage.

@ | .SVG

These work great for websites and apps as they can be infinitely scalable without getting pixelated.

@ | .JPG

Commonly seen for photographs and web graphics. Often has smaller file size than PNG due to it's inability to support transparent backgrounds.

@ ¶ | .PDF

The file type most typicaly and preferably used in printing. It is extremely versatile due to it’s universal file format.

@ ¶ | .EPS

This is the source file for the logo directly fom Vector format. Sometimes requested fom print shops for printing.


Color Formats

CMYK

CMYK is a color model used in printing that stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (which refers to black). CMYK is widely used in the printing industry, and is the standard color model for producing high-quality printed materials such as brochures, magazines, and flyers.

PANTONE

PANTONE is a standardized color system used in a variety of industries, including graphic design, printing, and fashion.

PANTONE assigns unique numbers and names to each color in its system, which allows designers and manufacturers to communicate and reproduce specific colors accurately across different mediums and products. This is particularly useful in situations where color accuracy is crucial, such as in brand identity, packaging design, and print production.

RGB

RGB stands for Red, Green, and Blue, which are the primary colors used to create all the other colors in the model. RGB is the standard color model used for digital images and graphics, and is also used in video production and digital art.
